I have a passion for providing people with knowledge and support so they can feel confident, empowered, and comfortable in the gym. My goal as a trainer is to not only shape your body, but also shape your mindset. The gym can be an intimidating and daunting space, so I pride myself on making sure my clients can feel like they own the space by providing them with proper cueing, instruction, and guidance. 

I was raised 5 minutes down the road and went to Curtis high school and then onto Pacific Lutheran University where I studied Health and Fitness Promotion. My love for fitness expanded beyond myself and I was inspired to go to school to be able to help others as well. I have gone through many phases throughout my own personal fitness journey, starting out with CrossFit, and then olympic lifting, onto strength training with a hint of powerlifting, and am now currently focusing on bodybuilding. I love all different training styles, and I love using knowledge from my courses on exercise physiology, biomechanics, body image, and sports medicine to give clients not only the proper instruction but also the “why’s” behind my training modalities.
