Nathan is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In 2011, Nathan started the personal fitness trainer program at Highline College and became certified in 2012. Nathan later went on to complete a bachelor’s degree in exercise science.

Nathan is a Certified Speed and Agility Coach and Certified Program Design Specialist from the National Sports Performance Association. He has experience working with athletes from many sports including baseball, basketball, football, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, and tennis. His specialties include speed and agility training, exercise program design, and functional movement. Nathan has had also had experience training people with prosthetics and spinal cord injuries.

He has done speed and agility camps with Tim Vagen of Unlimited Athlete and director of the Highline College PFT program. He has taught the speed and agility unit for the personal fitness trainer program at Highline College yearly since 2013. Nathan has a passion for coaching and helping his clients achieve success.
