As the founder and majority owner of Fitness Quest, I felt it necessary to address your questions and give you my deepest gratitude for your continuing support through these trying times.
It has been a few weeks since Governor Inslee’s mandatory shut down for Fitness Quest. We have been reaching out to you with phone calls, texts and emails to get your valuable feedback and we will continue to do so. 99% of you have expressed your desire to stay invested with us and we are very grateful for your belief and commitment to Fitness Quest and our amazing team members.
We have worked very hard to build Fitness Quest for you. I am reaffirming my commitment to you that we are building you two world-class, spacious fitness centers located in Auburn and Puyallup that you will be able to transfer to very shortly at no additional cost as long as you are current members. The Auburn location is still on course to open soon after Governor Inslee’s mandatory shutdown is over!!! It will be state-of-the-art and will be open 24/7 to serve you. This fitness center will be available to all members regardless of whether you call Auburn or Puyallup your home club.

I have consulted many of the great leaders in the fitness industry that provide high-end service like ourselves across the country. They have decided to go completely virtual as we have done for our members. We made the decision to move to a virtual platform to provide 24/7 access to:
- online personal training
- online nutrition tips
- … and more!
These services will be provided exclusively for our FQ members in the comfort and safety of your own homes while we remain under the “Stay home, stay healthy” order. This gives you multiple times the value of your current monthly dues by ensuring you stay healthy, active and with an increased immunity naturally.
If you haven’t yet, don’t forget to join the Private Virtual Training Group for Active Members. To ensure we maintain the highest quality service, we are checking to make sure that all requests are from our current members and then we provide direct access to the program. It is our goal that, by providing this additional $100 per month value of virtual training, you will continue to support FQ by continuing to stay enrolled with our very low-rate monthly dues. We purposely made your dues very low so that it would be recession proof in times like these.
FQ team members made the decision to continue to reach out and train you virtually through the duration of this order. This is what many of you requested in order to maintain your current results and to continue to strive towards your personal goals. You are like family to us; many of you have been with us as far back as 2003 when I founded my former company Vision Quest Sport & Fitness. We want to make sure that we are continuing to help you realize your most passionate Fitness Quest while remaining safely at home.

For making the decision to stay invested as current members with Fitness Quest though these trying times, we have created our own version of a stimulus package which will provide additional added value to your membership for those members that joined before March 16, 2020:
- PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS DOUBLED
If your personal training automatically renewed during the mandatory Governor Inslee shut down, those sessions will continue to accumulate, and we will DOUBLE YOUR NUMBER OF SESSIONS when FQ is approved to reopen. - NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR DAYCARE, CHAIR MASSAGE, OR TANNING
There will be no additional charges for daycare, chair massage, or tanning in our new clubs. - NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS
We are continuing to develop continued virtual personal training programs that will be available to you for the life of your membership at no additional charge. - DOUBLE THE VALUE OF ACCUMULATED GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS
For those that are involved in recurring payments for group training your monthly payment will accumulate as personal training sessions and we will double the value of accumulated sessions when Fitness Quest is approved to reopen.
We believe that the value of the Fitness Quest Stimulus Package is going to be worth 10 times more throughout the life of your membership than the brief closure that you will have experienced of our brick-and-mortar facility. Again, our goal is for you not to have any interruption to the world-class service that we have been fortunate to provide to you and your friends and families.
It is my belief that these times are making us all stronger, sharper, and even better at reaching out to you in your homes to provide world-class personal training service when you’re not able to come to your clubs to work out. This vision that I’ve had for many years is now being released!
