Hi everyone, my name is Kristina Kelly. I am the Head Coach of Training and Nutrition at Fitness Quest,
My goal is to have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the people that I work with; helping them become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves.
This goes way beyond helping people look the best they ever have, that’s a given, this also covers performance, mindset, motivation, and lifestyle.
I have been a personal trainer since 2003 – and specialize in Small Group Personal Training. Our Group
Training Program is a combination of High-Intensity Interval Training, Strength Conditioning, and Striking.
Whether you are just starting your fitness journey, a fitness enthusiast or an elite athlete – you are sure to get the ultimate training experience at any fitness level.
My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I believe that everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.

coaching. I do not coach “diets.” The reason diets so often fail is that they all come with a start and end date. There are no short cuts to long-lasting results. There is not a “one-size fits all” program that exists. Every person I work with is individual and unique. I take the time to get to know every one of my clients on a personal level to help them create a lifestyle that is going to last.
