BOSU® Calorie Combustion

Warmup: This routine will help you get used to moving easily off and on the BOSU® Balance Trainer’s domed surface and reacclimate you to it each time you do this workout.

Segment One: A cardio workout segment that combines traditional step routines with cardio dance.

Segment Two: Combines dance, step and sports inspired movement for a challenging and fun workout!

Segment Three: A cool down and stretch to leave you feeling refreshed and energized. Total Running Time: 37:42 minutes

BOSU® Absolutely Abs
Warmup: Learn to feel comfortable on the BOSU® Balance Trainer’s curved surface while you get you muscle’s warm and flexible.

Segment One: Use both traditional and non-traditional exercises to exercises to target your core muscles. Learn to put balance and gravity to work in a whole new way!

Segment Two: Focus on kneeling and balance work that recruits your ab and back muscles as stabilizers. During this segment you will use both sides of the BOSU® Balance Trainer to target your core muscles in a unique and very challenging workout.

BOSU® Long and Lean
Warmup: Flowing yoga inspired poses that will warm up your muscles as you become accustomed to standing on the BOSU® Balance Trainer’s dynamic surface.

Segment One: Standing exercises and poses that alternate toning and balance exercises with stretching to tone your lower body and core.

Segment Two: Focus on your upper body in a series of fluid movements that target your muscles in a unique and very challenging workout.

Segment Three: Pilates inspired balance routine recruits your core muscles as stabilizers. Your ab and back muscles will fire constantly in this non traditional and very challenging workout!
