| Comments: | I like the set of 3 workout DVDs, except that you cannot menu through the segments, but have to play the whole thing. The Total Body Workout is not set up this way. The company sent a new set, but the format was the same. |

| Comments: | The BOSU is very challenging the first time, but it's amazing how fast balance improves. The Long and Lean DVD is a great place to start and will remain challenging for a while to keep improving balance and strength. I like her style and instructions. The Calorie Combustion DVD is fast-paced with limited stretching, warm-up or cool-down. It will take a while to build up to that workout. The Absolutely Abs is a good workout on toning and balance and will be great for me to improve not only my abs, but also my back to prevent back problems, which I suffer from occasionally. I would like to find an all-in-one workout with stretching, strength and cardio.
The BOSU came quick and no problems inflating or anything. I leave it behind my sofa and my preschool children love to jump on it while holding on to the sofa-back.
I finally broke down and bought this because my brother said it is the only exercise equipment that over a few years, he and his wife always continued to use. I think I will be happy and motivated with it for years, too. Stretching with it feels so good and it's nice to do even basic push-ups and crunches in various positions. |

| Comments: | I love the Bosu frame and workout videos. They are the perfect companion to my Bosu! When the DVDs didn't arrive with the frame, I called customer service, and they were wonderful. Before I knew it, they had solved the problem, and I had everything I needed. Great product! Great company!! |

| Comments: | My 5-year-old son was born with a brain cyst that signifcantly interferred with his equilibrium. During physical therapy session at our local hospital, the therapist introduced him to the BASU while playing physical games on the WII. Time on the BASU has become the highlight of his therapy session each week! His balance has improved tremendously. Today, I'm ordering a BASU so we can continue offering balance training from home. |

| Comments: | Hi I love my Bosu can live with out it. I been training people at the YMCA and used to bring my in and its a who new level of exercise there so much you can do which is exciting. resistance and balance is the way to go. I finally bought the 3d system from this site and donated it to the YMCA - They love it. Long live fitness. |

| Comments: | I love this Bosu! We have many bosu's at my workplace and they were all first additions not refurbished. This one works just as well, you can't even tell the difference. Shipping was quick and the company was wonderful to deal with. |
