| Comments: | Overall i am very pleased with the Bioforce. I never write reviews and i felt compelled to write one this time. It is a light weight, fit anywhere, all in one home gym. It is better the the bowflex because you get a consistent continual pull and not the rubber band effect easy in the beginning hard at the end. I would definitely recommend this machine. |

| Comments: | I just received my Bio-Force yesterday, and I'm very pleased with it. It was packaged very well, and it went together without a hitch. It took me about three hours to assemble it by myself. I probably could have assembled it faster, but I'm very particular and I like to take my time to make sure everything is right. The instructions were very well written, and very easy to understand. Everything fit together perfectly, just like a jigsaw puzzle. This thing is built like a tank! I tried it out today, and I'm very impressed with how smooth and fluid the motion is. The pulley setup and resistance is super fast to change, from one exercise to another. The only small complaint I have is that the instuctional DVD that came with it was faulty. I called customer service, and they immediately dropped a new one in the mail. Unlike some customer services, they give you a toll free number to call! Thanks Fitness Quest If you're shopping around for a home gym, look no further! |

| Comments: | It took me a few hours to put together, it is a fantastic machine. I tried the Bioforce and the Bowflex side by side at the store, and the Bioforce was MUCH smoother. The pulley changes and weight changes are much faster as well. The build of the machine is excellent. There's nothing I don't like about this machine! The accompanying weight training video was excellent, and I was introduced to the machines features in no time. |

| Comments: | `i§ just wanted to say that im very impressed with this machine, i have been a member of 24hour fitness for about 8 years, i ordered the bowflex extreme online and before it arrived, i was at at sports authority one night, and was checking out the the home gyms there and when i came across the bio-force, the guy at the store was showing me everything about the machine. i was so impressed that i went home with the bio-force in the back of my truck, when i got home that night i canceled my order for the bowflex, one thing that i loved about the bio-force tnt was the small foot print that it takes up in my room, the bowflex would have taken up almost 10ft of space i did not like that one bit. one of the main features that i liked about the bio-force was the small foot print that it was going to take.
when i got everything out of the box at fisrt i was overwhelmed about everything at first. then it all started making sense how it goes together,
and man once i got it together i could not wait to workout on this awesome machine that was in my house.
man the next when i got up i watched the dvd to see how to use the machine safely. i was so impressed with how smooth and everything was a quick change over. from 5-210 lbs, i got to tell you i have a lot of workouts before i can get to that weight but we will see what happens in the future,
thankyou very much for this awesome machine i love it and i try to workout on it 3 times a week. |

| Comments: | Smooth as glass! Changing to different exercises is a snap. It applies resistance from start to finish. It is as close to free weights as I've found. No farther you extend the harder it gets. It is constant throughout the range of motion. Very smooth, and priced right. Single curl handles didn't last long but I replaced them with steel ones and it works just fine. |

| Comments: | I have been using the Bio-force at home for about 4 weeks and love it. Having a home gym instead of going to a gym that is crowded is great. I do about 45 minutes on the gym mixing in push up sit ups, etc. The ease of changing weights, smoothness of the system and being able to transition from one lift to another quickly is great. This system is so much better than the BoFlex due to the resistance level and smoothness of the system. |

| Comments: | Working as a Federal Agent and previously in the military-I've had to spend a considerable amount of time trying to stay in shape and have used every piece of equipment out there. I'm not being solicited for my opinion-but bio force is the best piece of fitness equipment I have ever come across. The system allows you to easily transition from exercise and the movements are challenging and smooth. I don't know many people who have two-hours to spend in the gym and by using bio force one can acheive an exhasuting workout in less then thirty minutes. The most important criteria about using bio force are there are no nagging injuries which are regularly sustained while using free weights, and other gym equipment. |

| Comments: | I just love this equipment! I've tried others along with free weights, nothing is as easy to use at this. I've had friends work out on it and they all say that they are impressed with the burn you get with the cable system, everyone feels it is comparable to free weights. The weight adjustment feels accurate and the weight feels constant throughout the range of motion. Excellent product! |

| Comments: | I truly enjoy using the BIO-Flex, the exercises I've done are smooth increasing the amount of weight is quick and easy. I had help putting it together, but even that was no problem, we put it together in about 2 hrs. The instruction and the manufacturing of this machine was so well put together. I would recommend this to anyone that is in the market for a fine well made workout machine. |
