| Comments: | Great, flexible, versatile and effective fitness product, yet I cannot recommend this product. After one year of limited home use, it developed a leak where the flexible blue shell meets the hard ring structure.
The product was used on a carpet surface. Given the very limited product life, I would not recommend this product. |

| Comments: | I first learned to use the BOSU in physical therapy and loved it so much I bought one for home. It's a wonderful, versatile piece of exercise equipment. The at home version is easy to assemble and just as effective as the pro version you find in most gyms. |

| Comments: | I never knew of the BOSU until I hired a personal trainer. My Bosu is the next best thing to having a trainer. I had a little advantage when I received it, my trainer showed me the many excersices that you can proform on the Bosu. I fell in love with this half ball! I would not trade it for anything. I can do a complete workout from my legs to my arms on the Bosu, then lets take it a level up and flip it once you master the moves on the ball side!!!! |

| Comments: | I loooove the BOSU. I had been in physical therapy and fell in love while using it there. It gives one of the best and quickest ab workouts I've ever used and I especially appreciate that it strengthens my back at the same time. One of my favorite things to do is flip it over and do squats on the flat side. Overall a great, versatile piece of equipment! |

| Comments: | I haven't tried the videos yet. I'm using this in tandem with physical therapy to recover from an ACL injury/surgical repair. The Bosu has been great for strengthening my injured leg, improving balance to help prevent reinjury, and really strengthening my core. One of the best fitness-related purchases I've made. |
