RETURN POLICY:
If you don't love your product, return it be calling 1-800-510-3834 7 within 30 days of delivery or first attempted delivery, whichever is earlier (the "Delivery Date"). When you call, you'll be given a Return Date. Refund will be as follows:

PRODUCT RECEIVED BY RETURN DATE

- a full refund* of your purchase price and original S&H. Plus, we will even credit* an additional amount to help pay for your return shipping cost.

PRODUCT RECEIVED AFTER RETURN DATE BUT WITHIN 90 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE:

- your purchase price will be refunded*, but a 15% restocking fee will be charged (max. restocking fee in AL is $25).

PRODUCT RECEIVED AFTER RETURN DATE AND MORE THAN 90 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY DATE

- NO returns will be accepted for a refund. Risk of loss for late returns is yours. FQI, in its sole discretion, will either (1) refuse to accept product delivery; or (2) will accept product delivery and hold it for 30 days so you can arrange to reclaim it at your cost. ATER THE 30 DAY HOLDING PERIOD, THE PRODUCT WILL BE DESTROYED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

* To receive the above refunds, you must return ALL pairs of Cheeks® sandals purchased. Please see below for additional return information, including actual amount of return shipping credit:

Purchase of a single pair of Cheeks® sandals:
When you return your Cheeks® sandals, you will receive the refund amounts set forth in the Return Policy. The return shipping credit will be $9.95.

Return of "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" Cheeks® sandals:
You must return all 3 pairs of Cheeks® sandals in order to receive the refunds set forth in the Return Policy. The return shipping credit for a return of all 3 pairs is $19.90. If you return ONLY 2 pairs of sandals, you will receive a refund of $34.95 for the purchase price and $9.95 for your original S&H. The return shipping credit will be $9.95. If ONLY 1 pair of sandals is returned, no refunds or credits will be given.

Return of "Buy 2 Get $10 off" Cheeks® sandals:
You must return both pairs of Cheeks® sandals in order to receive the refunds set forth in the Return Policy. The return shipping credit for a return of both pairs is $19.90. If you return ONLY 1 pair of sandals, you will receive a refund of $24.95 for the purchase price and $9.95 for your original S&H. In addition, the return shipping credit will be $9.95.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
You MUST follow the Return Policy above. When you call, you'll be given a Return Authorization Number or RA#. Write this number in the RA# box on the Return Label located on the bottom right corner of the invoice on the outside of the original shipping box. All returns MUST be in the original shipping box with the Return Label attached to the outside.
