This site has been shut down by Fitness Quest Inc.  The owners of this site were trafficking in counterfeit Fitness Quest products.  In addition to transferring this site to Fitness Quest, the owner’s agreed to pay Fitness Quest $4,000,000 in damages. 

Counterfeiting is a cause of action having statutory damage awards under U.S. law, of which Fitness Quest may be entitled to up to $2,000,000 per counterfeit trademark.  Counterfeiters are also subject to criminal penalties, including prison (DOJ Press Release).
